Deco x60 samsung smart tv app not working.
Hello, I bought it as Deco x60(2.pack) and it is installed as software on it (Deco X60(EU)_V2_1.5.1_20210204) I use one of this device as a router on the fiber internet side where I get service from turknet, I do not have the slightest problem with my internet access. it works without any problems, but my broadcasts in the smart tv application on my SAMSUNG UE43NU7400 model television are not working, I checked all my settings and the result is unsuccessful. Everything works fine on the old ASUS modem router.
Can you help me with this problem?

Your model of Samsung TV has Ethernet port. Bring Satellite X60 to Samsung TV and connected them with Ethernet cable. That would help to narrow the issue: is it WiFi connectivity to Deco mesh or some Deco mesh settings that interfere with Samsung TV does not matter how it is connected to Deco mesh.

Thanks for your answer, but the deco x60 I am using is on the unit just above the television, I tried it with the cat6 network cable, unfortunately it gave the same negative result.

If you are sure your TV is properly connected to Deco unit with Ethernet cable, Google "How to cold boot, reboot, restart, or reset your Samsung Smart TV" and see if that will help.

If you are connecting TV to Main Deco, try (for troubleshooting purposes) to connect TV to Satellite Deco. Temporary bring Satellite Deco to where TV is, and connect TV with Ethernet cable to Satellite Deco.

If I can't fix this problem, I will return all the devices and return to the ASUS network system. Hello, I will definitely share video with you when I am at home, first with deco x60 and then with zyxel by changing the modem immediately.
I have a different brand and model modem router that I use at my house. I have never had such an access problem with any of them. I hope we can somehow solve my access problem on these new devices.

@David-TP , I just sent you two different videos, the result with deco x60 is negative. The channels on smart iptv and ott iptv player could not be accessed, and I wanted to share this. In the other video, zyxel modem router was used and access was provided without any problems. iptv channels that cannot be accessed with deco x60 work without problems. maybe access to iptv channels that cannot be accessed when a firmware update is made.
