Hi, here “After OS update”, do you refer to the software upgrade on the printer?

If yes, have you ever checked with the printer what has been improved/changed on the new OS version?

May I know the model number of your Deco? and can you have more details about "can't work properly", like failing to print? frequently disconnected?
