Hi All,

New in the forum sorry if this issue is discussed previously. My monthly reports is working ok for around 1 week, and sudendly from 3 Gb usage goes up to 196888899TB !!! I have to clear all traffic, then all goes back to zero until it happens again a week - 10 days later...is this a known issue?

Hi, we are testing Deco APP 3.0 now, and if you are interested, maybe you could install Deco APP 3.0 to see whether there would be the same issue on the beta 3.0 APP.https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/581574

If yes, it is highly appreciated if you could add some screenshots and submit the APP log to us.

Also have the same problem with Deco S4. Some devices show GB or MB usage, some show many TB or usage, even though they haven't been used!
