DECO M4 wifi not working with samsung xpress C480X

I have just setup the TP link deco M4 to upgrade internet coverage. All went well except for the installation Samsung printer on wifi network:
problem: with followng methods printer does not connect:
1) WPS button on printer and using deco application wps start: both systems time out t 2 min with network not found.
2) Trid samsung easy wifi installation using both usb cable and wifi method (usb cable used temporarily for installation)
a) with usb cable the connection happens but then ends by telling the user to use the WPS button to have network configuration of the printer again here it times out.
b) using wifi: it find the samsung direct wifi signal and then it asks to choose the deco network, you can enter the ssid and password. Then then spends a minute trying to connect to the deco network with an error that it cannot and asks you to go back and change the setting.
c) I use the same software to connect to the isp wifi internet and it works fine as shown below. so the software is working fine and also the printer.
d) Then I try the advance setting which manually sets the ssid, password , security : again same result.
e) I try wpa, wpa2 personal, and even without security (obviously changing the deco security exactly in the same way). again same error.
f) Then I went to tco/ip option which had dchp chosen, I put static ip and put in
ip 192.168.68.171
sub net 255 255 255 0
gateway 192.168.68.1
I set the printer IP4 settings as above and again tried to connect : same error .
e) I then looked at this forum and confirmed
1 . roaming is disabled so not the issue
2. put the mac address on the printer in the denied list and then remove it,
3. Tried to diable the 5g and then the 2,4 g individually : for each same error.
4. Tried the guest wifi again using 2,4G with different security options and then the same on the 5G and then all together: same error.
5. switched off both deco and also printer : no change
6. set the printer to factory : and again no change.
at the end tried again with the isp wifi and it connects immediately.
The main difference between a working connection and a error connection is the IP addressing of the deco M4 infrastructure which put a 192.168.68xx instead of the previous 192.168.1.xxx . However I have forced the samsung printer in this mode in first second point.
Do you have some solution to apply to this samung c480W with deco M4 ??.

Thanks for your reply. I sety the system to AP (access point) as suggested and again tried printer installation with all the interations I put in my original email and again had the same error that the network is not found;
since I bought the 3 pack kit, I switch off all the Deco except the main one and again tried with no success.
I updated the firware of the printer to the latest one and also set the print back to factory settings with no success.
I am putting below a serious of snap shots showing the issue. front deco side there is not much to show except the configuration menus show AP OR router mode.
One last try I did to make sure it is anot a wifi intference issue is that I switched on the ISP wifi 2.4g and also 5G (ISP modem not Deco) and at the same I time I kept Deco active with it is own 2.4G and 5G active. Then I ran the same samsung software to connect to the isp ssb (which is different to the deco) and printer connects immediately to the Isp network. So I think there is a protocol mismatch between the samsung printer and deco one.

PC lookup configuration of printer through USB, this is always ok
then it asks u to choose the network, I chose the one shown in blue which is the Deco network
then you enter the ssid and the password set for the deco wpa2 aes network.
then the software starts connecting
with the bad result below
if you go back you see the options beloiw which I tried in all configurations also changing rhe deco ones corrspondingly and also switchiong off the 5G of the deco and all the other permutations.

The tcp/ip option is to either enable dhcp or set static IP, I tried both
I trired this for both on Deco in Router mode ( translation of sub IP to 192.168.68.xxx) and also AP mode keeping the same IPs of the ISP (192.168.1.xxx)
At this point deco network is not seen by the samsung Xpress C480W. This a high end laser color printer with combined scanner , airplay print, and also fax. It works flawlessly on the ISB in whatever configuration you throw at it but never even finds the deco wifi. with ISP modem pressing WPS button conects with the printer wds, using samsung easy wireless setup is also connects to the ISP. However with Deco nothing works.
Kindly help out on this matter if there are other possible solutions to try . It sound like a very basic issue with protocol for me. I am afraid that this system might find similar issues with other wifi equippment in the future.
