Hi,
my current setup is 3 deco M4 with ISP up to 100mbps. if i do speedtest using android device, windows laptop, i can get between 90-95mbps. however, if i use iphone, the maximum that i can get is 50 mbps. I have tried using 4 different iphones and all are the same.
is there any setting that specific for Iphone?

You could turn off the private address and low power mode on your iPhone.
What are the models and OS on your iPhone? are they all IOS16.0?
@Heidi_Alp tried the suggestion but still no change. alsi tried using different iphones, 1 using ios 15, 1 using ios16.
using my office wifi, i can get more than 50mbps
