Hi, i notice that the mac address from the device and in the tp-link  log in page is different. Currently,

No internet available but able to get a wifi signal.

If the internet is not working on the C54, please follow this troubleshooting guide to check all the basic settings first:

What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?

 

If still failed, please confirm with your internet provider that if there are special requirements for the internet setup, such as VLAN ID, then make the changes accordingly and confirm if the C54 will connect.
