May I have screenshots of Advanced->Status page and Advanced->Network->Internet page? and who is the ISP?
If you are using 3G/4G Router mode, please insert the same SIM card into another 4G device or smartphone, then enable phone hotspot to see if other devices could get internet access from the phone hotspot.
