Attaching a backup internet, Will it Combine the Speed?

What if i connected a backup internet connection to the WAN port so that i have a one connection through the vdsl (landline) [30 Mbps] port and another connection through the WAN [30 Mbps] port.
Will the VR600 act as a load balancer and combine the speeds of both connections? So that if i made a speed test on like fast.com or speedtest.net I will get a speed of 60 Mbps?

What is Bridge mode in the modem?
Is it something related to my ISP?
Do i need to check with the ISP if they support bridge mode?
Does the TD-W9960 modem router support bridge mode?
Will i be able to combine the speeds of the two vdsl connections using the load balancer and the above setup? Im looking to combine both so i can benefit of double the speed and in case one of them is down the other will back it up. Im Not looking to have 1 connection to be just for buck up.

That means you can have the WAN ports failover and the WAN bandwidth based load-balace together.

I don't understand the part of the "link backup" shouldn't be a both connections ready for fall over meaning that if the first fails the Second act as a fail over and vice versa.
why do we specify a primary one and a back up one?
does this mean that if in the first fails the second will act as a back up? BIT what if the second fails will the first act as a back up with this configuration? Or do I have to add another "link back up" configuration with the primary WAN is the second connection and the Backup WAN is the first connection?
