Hi, for a few days i have not been able to make / receive calls. My operator is FASTWEB (Italy)
I tried to reset the router but the problem persists. My operator says the option is enabled. What can it be?

Hi, please check if VoLTE is enabled on the MR6500v

 

If it is enabled but VoLTE still doesn't work, please insert the same SIM card into your smartphone, then test if it could make and receive calls on the phone, and when you are on a call via the smartphone, please check the network type on the top of the phone to see if it is still on 4G or falls back to 3G or even 2G when on a call, which is very important.
