Hi, may I know the current firmware version of your MR200 V5.30?
Besides, where do you get error code 1? and is the MR200 able to detect any SIM card? please try to reset it to factory defaults by pressing reset button for about 10s until power LED start flashing.
In addition, was it working fine before? and what happened before the problem started happening?
