Hi, welcome to TP-Link community.

1. May I have a screenshot of Advanced->Status page and Network->Internet page along with the system log file?

2. Who is the ISP of your SIM card? and if you insert the SIM card into another 4G device, is the internet working?

3. Please double check the hardware and firmware version on Advanced->System Tools->Firmware Upgrade page.
