I inserted the sim card in my newly purchased mr600, but it is not detecting the sim card. And also it shows error code1: internal error every few seconds. I also tried with different sim cards but it is not working. Error code 1: is popped every time I click anything.

Hi, may I know if this issue started at the beginning or it was working for some time then stopped working?

 

Besides, please try to reset the router to factory defaults by pressing and holding reset button for about 10s until power LED start flashing, then check if the error code 1 still pops up.
