Please need your guidance

I would like to share my experience 
I use EC230-G1 router at first and then deco m4 
I realize those device seems not optimize on apple device 
Let me tell you the context
My ISP provide me with speed 250mbps++ to 300Mbps
All my apple products that connect to Tplink deco or EC230-G1 can only get max 140mbps-150Mbps, I have
Iphone 11, ipad mini 5 and macbook air M1 all have identical situation!
All device mentioned above have supported 866mbps on wifi ac in 5ghz. 
and believe me this dont happen at all to Windows Laptop! oh just fyi this is only Wifi issue, ethernet is fine with all device.

Here's how i conduct my speed test with my apple device, 

1. I've make sure only one device connected to router before test.​​​​​
2. All connected no more than 1 meter away from router
3. All connected to 5ghz to ensure maximum speed (i turn off 2Ghz)

Iphone 11 Speedtest:

Ipad Mini 5:

M1 Macbook air

and for Windows Laptop i use Thinkpad X13 

Here's the kicker, for this laptop i've given unfair advantage, this connected to deco in a 5 Meter distance separated by two walls !!! and this is the result

Believe me even with ec230 my thinkpad perform much better with 275Mbps average speed.

I dont understand how this is happening, ive check every configuration in EC230 like channel bandwidth and everything but apple device is not improving

and also deco(very limited in web config) also try to factory reset but no luck, 

Please anyone share your experience or expertise, i'm begin to desperate here.
