  @TP-Link Recently my E4 in the office stops working when there is a power interruption. My main router will work but the rest of the decos won't have internet. I also have an M5 at home but it doesn't act up like this one. Let me know a work around because we are an ecommerce company and it's such a hassle that it takes days to reconnect to the internet. I'm so close to smashing the product and throwing it away.

Did you also notice there is another smart DHCP server in the network?

In the office, Do you use Deco E4 as the Access point and there is another ISP-provided main router?

Or Can I have a picture of your office network layout?

Please also save a picture of the IPV4 settings when Deco dropped out.

And I see the Deco E4 is still on 1.4.4 under the TP-Link ID, the latest firmware for Deco E4 is 1.5.4.

Maybe you could refer to this link to update the firmware of E4 to the latest version first:

Deco E4_V1&V2_1.5.4_20211101

  @David-TP Hi, I have a router from my ISP then I connect the Deco to that router. It worked for a year until 2 past incidences where it was really hard to connect. Lots of unplugging and plugging back again until it worked and this time it's not working anymore. Attached the following screenshots. I also upgraded the firmware already which was also the same before I updated it.
