Deco M4 not connecting to nearest deco
Deco M4 does not connect to nearest deco, instead it connects to the main one which is farthest and results in slow internet speed. I have 4 Deco M4 mesh devices and each one only connects to the main Deco (which is connected to the modem).
What's the point of this Deco system if it cannot connect to the nearest Deco ? It connects to the nearest Deco when I set it up for the first time only and that time can see that the speed is very good. But after some time it automatically switches to the main Deco which is farthest and this the speed becomes very slow.
This is really frustrating, why can't we manually select which Deco to connect to ? This is really frustrating, being a user with 4 Deco devices and also having recommended it to many friends, I'm really disappointed with this low quality service.
Clearly tp-link does not seem interested to solve this issue for its customers.

Thanks. If you can, please update this ticket with brief summary of an issue, or even close it and open new one. Here is info that should be in that ticket:
Subject: Unable to save changes to Signal Source selection
Hardware: M4(V4)
Firmware: 1.1.0 (beta)
Error message: Failed to save your settings. Please try again later.
Detailed Problem Description:
What user has:
M4(v4) firmware 1.1 (beta) <---> Living Room Deco
What user wants to have:
M4(v4) firmware 1.1 (beta) <---> Bedroom Deco
When user opens Signal Source selection page for M4(V4), they are able to toggle Auto to Off, after which they are presented with list of Deco to choose from. User is able to choose Deco to connect to. When user makes changes and pushes SAVE, an error message appears. Configuration changes are not saved.
This error appears regardless of what Deco is chosen from the list to connect to.
This error appears even if just Auto toggle set to off and SAVE pushed, without changing what Deco to connect to.
It were observed that in the list of Deco to select, there is no checkmark for one with current connection. In comparison, in M5 firmware 1.6 when Auto toggle is set to Off, Deco to which there is current connection has checkmark after it.
