The updated app has downloaded but I can't find any parental controls.
Hi, May I know the model number of your TP-Link devices?
Here is some advice:
1. Please make sure the device is on wireless router mode, not Access Point mode since AP mode does not support parental control.
2. Make sure you sign into the APP via the Owner account, not the manager account.
