Archer C7 won't let me log in by TP-Link ID
Hello friends. I have two TP-Link Archer C7 v5 routers with firmware 1.2.0 build 20211210 rel.51212 (4555) and I was registered with my TP-Link account and had a registered TP-Link DDNS domain name to access the DVR. Since about a week I can't see the cameras, my free TP-Link DDNS account has been lost, and it won't let me log in using the TP-Link ID option, so I can't re-register the TP-Link DDNS domain name. I have tried it with the two routers that I have, which are the same and with the same version; I have reset them from the factory and it does not let me enter through the ID either (through the password it does, but in order to register a TP-Link DDNS domain name it is necessary to enter through the ID). Sometimes when trying to login using the ID I get the following error: 192.168.1.1/webpages/pages/userrpm/basic_account.1639116801566.html
mistake
this application has no explicit mapping for error so you are seeing this as a fallback
In the technical support of TP-Link they have not been able to give me a solution until now. Anyone know what might be happening?
Thank you very much and greetings to all.Hello friends.
