Model: Deco XE75 Pro

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: unknown

I live in a rural area and my internet goes down a lot. I just got the deco to replace my old Airport network.

When I lose internet connection I can not see the status of my wifi vs internet, nor can I see what devices are connected. This is a downgrade from my prior > 10 year old airport network.

There has to be a way to connect locally, surely.

All I see on the devices is a solid red light.

Hi, Deco also supports local login without the internet. Have you checked on the smartphone whether it is still connected to the WiFi of Deco even though there is no Internet now?

(Please turn off the mobile data and VPN connection temporarily if there is any.)

If it is still the same, can I have a screenshot of the error message on the Deco APP when it failed to load the details of Deco?
