Trying to add an additional device to my Deco Mesh system but when I press the + and Add a deco unit buttons on the app it just shows an error saying "unable to add deco please try again later" it's been 3 days 

 

I've deleted and re-downloaded the add twice

Hi, sorry for the delay.

Were you still having the same issue on the Deco APP?

I tested several models on the APP 3.0.48 for IOS and 3.0.19 for Android, and both versions work great.

And if the issue continued, could you please help me submit the APP log per the link: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/581574?replyId=1132466

By the way, Can I also have a screenshot of the error message:"unable to add deco please try again later"?

And app. showing 0 zero clients online, although I have 30 of them.
