I recieved this router as a part of annual plan from my isp, however the plan has expired and am shifting to another isp

When I try resetting the router, it displays the isp name and the password printed on the back doesn't work

Can anyone please help me

Most likely the router is with a customized FW and password tailored for your ISP. You should contact your ISP to obtain this information.
