Model: RE220

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: Latest firmware

My range extender can't connect to 5g but it can connect to 4g.

It connects sometimes then after some minutes it disconnects and can't connect again .

I already have tried resetting it and restarting it.

I also have tried to change the channel of wifi but it didn't work.

Hi, is this RE220 a replacement after the auto-restart issue?

May I know the model number of your main router? --I see you mentioned in the first post-Huawei HG8245X6-8Ne. Is it still the main router?

How often would it disconnect from the main router?

And will a power restart of the main router be able to get the RE220 back online?
