Hello

 

I have an HA100 V2 that i have removed/unpair from two diferent devices (a Windows 11 22H2 PC and a Samsung s9+ phone).

 

Aftrer I removed this two devices, the HA100 stop working. I tried to connect to a phone with the NFC tag and no luck.

 

Now the device does not show on new devices

 

Help please

Hi, is the LED back to white after you removed/unpaired with the previous Bluetooth devices?

If it is off, re-plug the power cable or try another power outlet.

If it is blue, check your other paired devices and end the connection.

By the way, how long have you had HA100?

Please also power off/on the Bluetooth receiver once.
