Hi, 

 

I have 2x Deco x60 configured at home. before the mobile app upgrade. app used to connect perfect from within or outside network to manage.

but since the recent upgrade at home it gets connected to manage the network but from mobile internet or office app is giving this message "somthing went wrong with the cloud service" and unable to connect.

 

kindly Help.
