Im configuring it using the Web UI, I have tried with both but neither show the list of devices
Even when connecting directly to the router or even using another browser with differnet ip
Can you try to add the devices manually by entering their MAC addresses?
If that still fails, please take a short video that shows the issue, then @Kevin_Z may suggest.
