Good day.

I am interested in such a question. To ensure the operation of the router during power outages, I want to connect the router to a 12V UPS. But there is a nuance. In emergency mode, the UPS switches to operation from the battery, which has a voltage of 13.5V-11.5V. How safe is this mode of operation? In the current situation in the country, I am probably not the only one who asks such a question. Archer AX72 router (12V, 2.5A)

Thank you!

I am using this https://www.aliexpress<dot>com/item/1005002982442200.html

12V/15W UPS for a router, powered by 12V/1A, without any issue.

@terziyski Hi, friend. Thank you for responding to my question. I also came to the conclusion that I need to use something similar. Because of Russian missile strikes, our electricity is permanently turned off. My UPS is designed more for video surveillance, so you need to look for something else. The fact is that the router is still very powerful 30W. Therefore, you need to change to a less powerful one and buy a 12V UPS.

I've edited my first post, cause I found a better price for the same item.

There are more powerful models (12V/2A including 57.72Wh battery pack), but they are pricier - https://www.aliexpress<dot>com/item/4000926302243.html

I feel for you. Soon my government will send a batch of power generators to Ukraine as an aid. I hope that your sutuation will improve soon. Be safe.
