Switched from an Orbi RBR50 system to the Deco X55. I was getting about 300mbs down and 275mbs up. When I switched to the Deco, I now get about 50mbs down and 20mbs up. Any assistance for the slow speeds would be helpful.
Hi, is the speedtest run from main Deco X55, 50mbs down and 20mbs up? via 5ghz WiFi or via Ethernet cable?
Please check the QOS settings on the Deco and make sure it has been set to 1000m/s download and upload.
May I know who is your internet service provider and can I have the model number of your cable modem?
