Hi, have a Deco M5 Mesh connected directly to a BT router and then mesh to an additional five units (Deco M5) all was working fine until the BT router failed and was fully reset. I now have no Internet on the M5 system though they are all connected together.

Please advise how to re-connect it to the router without setting up the entire system again.

Hi, Deco would restore the internet connection automatically after the BT router is back online. So basically, we don't need to change anything on the Deco.

Has your BT router been re-configured successfully?
