Hi. I've bought a Deco X20 AX1800 superior mesh wi-fi 6 system, I've watched some tutorials for installing but my phone application is always blocked on the "Looking for Deco..." screen... I really don't know what to do. I restarted all, I reset it even twice... Can you help me please?

do you have another phone you could try setup with?

BT Full fibre 500, 2x M9 Plus V2 and 1x X60 V3.2 in AP mode connected to Archer C80.

Yes... I solved the problem, the app is not compatible with my phone, I used my tablet and now it's working. Thank you.

  @GeorgeMutes

Hi, welcome to the community.

I did see similar feedback several days and since there hasn't been a smartphone model that is confirmed incompatible with Deco APP, would you please help me submit the previous App log on your smartphone(not the tablet) How to submit Deco APP log?

By the way, may I know the model number and operating system of the smartphone?

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
