Hi I have 3 D5 which I have previously used successfully, however I did not use them for a while and I have forgotten the password to log onto them when they come up as a network option on my laptop.  I try changing Pw on my deco phone app but it doesn't work it tells me my pw has been changed successfully but when I go to login it never works.   What is the best way to resolve it, anynoying as I see signal strength is good but I can't use it.
