Hello 

 

 

 

I just own deco x20 recently and run ethernet backhaul to my previous deco m4.

What im worried is x20 is operating at 40-42C all times, i've only max 7-8 devices connected.

Its just wayy hotter than M4 which never even reach 37C.

I live in City thats has ambient temperature 24-28 C 

 

 

Should i worried?

if you own X20 can you share your experience

Hi,  The Operating Temperature of Deco X20 is about 0℃~40℃.

Have you noticed any network issues so far when Deco X20 is operating at 40-42C at all times?

Personally, I think since Deco X20 works as the main Deco, its CPU load will be higher than satellite Deco M4 and would generate more heat. And compared with the shape design, the internal radiation space of M4 is also larger than Deco X20. But since I do not use the device, we can wait for more comments from other community members.

For now no known issue, but im worried if i start to add IOT and more device it will be come a problem.
