Address Reservation Not Working

I actually have an Archer 3150 v2 on FW 3.0.0.0.9.1 but I could not find that model in the list.
I have a couple of VansView cameras that I need to have on a static IP. Hence, I did address reservation for them (and a few other devices). However, my router refuses to give it the IP address allocated in the address reservation table. I have tried about everything from
- Shutting down the cam until it's not in the client list anymore and then turning it back on.
- Resetting the router.
- Removing the cam from the address reservation table, re-adding it (using the MAC lookup tool) and giving it a slightly different name.
- Shutting down the router, resetting the cam, restarting the router
- Shutting down the cam and router for a couple of minutes, restart the router and wait until it booted up, restart the camera.
None of that works. How can I get this to work?
