I send App Screenshots file(jpg) by the case 'X20 not appear'.

(JPG Containts have any masking picture for my privacy.)

 

Hardware version and Firmware Version is 

DECO m9 plus -->V2.0   1.5.6 Build 20211018 Rel. 35617 (ALL)

DECO X20 -->V2.0  1.1.3 Build 20211103 Rel. 32888

Could you please help me check the following details as well:

1. Do you use any network switch to connect 5 satellite Mesh units to the main Deco? If yes, can I have the model number of the switch?

2. Could you please refer to this link to help me get the APP log: How to submit Deco APP log

3. Since all the satellite Mesh units work the same, if possible, could you please try to switch the location of Deco X20 with one satellite Deco M5 to check whether it could make any difference?

4. By the way, may I know the model number of your smartphone?

Use FXG-0008EMP(PLANEX) PoE network hub model.

I'm using the following connections:

 

HW HUB port >-Rooter

HW HUB port >-DECO m9 plus(MAIN)

HW HUB port>-DECO m9 plus(SLAVE)

HW HUB port>-DECO m9 plus(SLAVE)

HW HUB port>-DECO m9 plus(SLAVE)

HW HUB port>-DECO X20(SLAVE)-<DECO m9 plus(SLAVE)>-<DECO m9 plus(SLAVE)

※DECO X20 exists in cascade connection.

This log file was sent earlier in the App.

My smartphone model is AQUOS R6(SHARP).

Thanks for the update. I got your APP logs as well.

Is your Deco working in Access Point mode?

And based on the following network layout, the only problematic topology is the first one right? It seems like as long as there is a satellite Deco connected to Deco X20, he is able to show it on the network map.

Now running 'ACCESS POINT MODE'.

This network has Main router 'RTX830(Yamaha)'.

Of the three network layouts, it is the middle one.

 

Only the X20 is not shown on the map, the rest of the M9 plus is visible on the map.

And you confirmed ※DECO X20 exists in cascade connection.※DECO X20 exists in cascade connection.

 

Or I must misunderstand some information. Maybe you were saying only the middle connections, Deco X20 exists in the network map.

For the rest two connections, only Deco X20 is not shown on the map, the rest of the M9 plus is visible on the map.

But 

Of the three network layouts, the top layout can't be checked , because the mounting position is dangerous at a high place.
We will check the network layout at the bottom ,  and contact you at a later date.

Hello Dear David

Today, I did to change this network to the bottom pattern of three patterns.

(I changed temporaly to LAN wired connection from RF connection on one DECO m9 . )

 

After all ,didn't displayed X20 on 'map mode display' (exists X20 on 'list mode display').

 

I report this trying at today.
