Model: Archer TX55E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Since installing the PCIe card to my Lenovo dektop PC (Win11 Pro 64) over the last 2 weeks, it has dropped out, so I have had to revert to my Ethernet cable connection.  This has happened twice after working very well.  I have re-seated the PCIe card twice (just in case that's the problem), but at the moment I'm on Ethernet and it's not possible to see the WiFi card (or its firmware version).   Serial No. 22264T6004429.  If I could find it, I would try to update the driver from TP-Link, but Windows Update reports everything (including optional updates) and drivers are fully up to date.  What can I do now?

  @ColinL

Hi,

So, in the Windows 11 "Device Manager" you can neither see an "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX210 160MHz" device under Network adapters, nor can you see an "unknown" network device with exclamation mark under "other devices"?

Does your Device Manager show an "Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth(R)" device under "Bluetooth"? (the Bluetooth part of the TX55E uses the USB connection made via the provided cable)

If your Lenovo PC has another free PCIe slot, then plug the card in another slot and test again.
