why is my extender not connecting yo my new Spectrum smart router.

May I Know the model number of the range extender and the model number of your Spectrum router?

@David-TP I have an AVC1900 Dual Band Mesh Ectender and it will not find my new soectrun router, spectrun model# SAX1V1R serial number 60RP22310003908. This router does not have 2g , 5g connection is randomly pics the corrct connection, What can I do to make this find the router
