Model: Deco X73-DSL

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.05

hope someone can help us with this,

I have the Deco X73-DSL, plus 4 XE75. all firmware are current.

for the last couple of days using the ios app, I no longer see any clients. everything is green and I have no issues with access to the web. The webui does show all the clients.

I turned off the private IP on the IOS devices but still no clients appearing.

any advice would be great.

@imdgp running the Deco app on my M1 Mac, seems to work - so at least I can now access profiles and QOS settings

Hi, welcome to the community. May I know the model number of the first tested Apple device?

Recently, a new IOS version for Deco has been released---3.2.6, and maybe you could check whether you are on the latest version.

@imdgp in the end, I had to delete the current network and rerun setup. Now all clients and deco units are visible.
