Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

I bought a set of Decos with 3 units.
I set them up the first day, everything was perfect.

On the second day, I realized that one of the devices does not boot..
I turn it on, and it just stays with the YELLOW LED (initializing)
  and it doesn't come out.
On the network, it goes offline.

The other two decos are working perfectly and I've updated their firmware.
but the other one I don't have access.

is there any way to access it?
I try to reset without success.

Hi, it is also suggested to refer to this link to see whether it could get into firmware recovery mode:

If it is still stuck on solid yellow, I am afraid you might need to contact the retailer to replace this unit.

I followed all the procedures in the link above to update the firmware.
But unfortunately, the yellow led is still on.

The biggest problem of all this, I bought my DECOS in another country, I contacted the support of TP-LIK in Brazil, but they don't support it, because I bought it in another country.
this is unfortunate, not having a global warranty policy.

Lamentavel, muitas empresas tem garantia global.
