Hi Guys!

 

How are you going!? Happy New Year for all of you!!

 

Folks, I've just settedup my new TP-Link devices, a Archer AX73 and a RE505X, and they work well almost a month, until tomorrow, when the repeater stop to broadcast 2.4gHz wireless network. Just like the thread below...

Both devices FW are up-to-date. And I've tryed all tips recomended in the links below, even they had been recomended to for other brands...

Hi, I would like to forward your case to the senior engineers for further assistance. Please check whether you could get an email from me later.

At the same time, could you please help me check some details:

1. Did the 2.4ghz of main AX73 still work well?

2. Would there be a temporary solution to get 2.4ghz back, such as a reboot of AX73 or RE505X?

3. If not in OneMesh mode, using as a normal repeater, will you get a stable blue LED on 2.4ghz and 5ghz?

4. Were you able to reproduce this issue most of the time or How long will it take before the 2.4ghz LED is off after enabling OneMesh mode?

Hi  @David-TP!

 

Sorry late answer.

 

1. AX73 still working very well. Due to RE505X fail, it was needed to connect some older repeaters on it using 2.4gHz.

2. RE505X never connect bak while OneMesh was activated, no matters both devices were rebooted or switched off/on.

3. Yes, if not in OneMesh mode, 2.4gHz and 5gHz work fine and both LEDs stay blue and stable.

4. Yes the issue was reproduced three or four times, while I was trying to reconfigure both devices to OneMesh mode. After enable OneMesh 2.4ghz goes of immediately.
