Can I daisy chain extender to extender or extender to router? Ie Internet provider router to extender to tp-link Router?

If so how hard is it?

My walls in my house are 3ft thick and I have a large house roughly 350m2 hence the provided router only reaches my living room and part of the dining room, I would like kitchen and bedrooms too

Compared with daisy-chaining multiple extenders, have you even thought of a whole home Mesh network, such as Deco M4/M5:
