My son has a J4+ Samsung smartphone and since I made a firmware update on my Archer AX11000 to 1.3.2 Build 20221128 rel.45807(5553) firmware version

he can connect wi-fi no more. It says authentication error. the rest of my family's cellphones are connected but my son's.

I would appreciate if someone could find an workaround for this situation.

I performed a factory reset and it went back to normal operation thanks for your help anyaway

Hi,

 

Have you already tried to remove the information for this wireless network from the Samsung phone and then connect to the wireless network anew? Usually this is done by tapping on the name of the wireless network and then select "Forget" or something with similar meaning.

  @woozle I tried a couple of different things so far but nothing happened. Still the same issue. 

The only thing that I made was a firmware update before that all cellphones were connected. 

Is that a way to downgrade this firmware update? 

My router is an archer ax11000
