Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220307 Rel.60743n

I'm using a SmartBro Unli Family Sim (from Smart Communications) in the philippines.

I was using a router provided by the company prior to moving the sim to the the mr600. SMS was working fine on the other device, but I have yet to receive a single sms or have the ability to send.

Please help.

Hi, internet works fine now on the MR600 V3, right?

For the SMS sending and receiving issue, please help to confirm the following details:

1. What is the error message when you try to send SMS on the MR600? please share with us a screenshot

2. Please use your phone to send an SMS message to the MR600 SIM number, then wait for at least 5 minutes to see if MR600 will receive it or not

3. If SMS still doesn't work, please save a system log file on Advanced->System Tools->System Log page and send it to us.
