Hello,

What does the Bridge option under ISP Profile on the IPTV/VLAN do? Reason i am asking is that i am looking to set up security cameras, which i would like to put on a separate network from my other devices.

  @CT97 Hi, welcome to the community.

Usually, If your ISP doesn't provide any parameters and the IPTV service is not based on IGMP technology, you can enable the IPTV function and choose the Bridge mode, then specify a port to connect the IPTV set-top box.

As for the separated network for securiy cameras, it is suggested to enable the guest network.

How to set up a Guest Network for Deco

Thank you very much.

Best regards.

  @David-TP My Security cameras are PoE cameras, so i wont be able to use the guest network feature to separate them from the main network. Would the IPTV/VLAN allow me to do so?

  @CT97

Hi, the IPTV/VLAN on the Deco could not allow you to set up a separate network for PoE cameras.

If the PoE switch is a managed switch, you could configure VLANs on the switch directly:

Thank you very much.
