TP Link Deco internet problems

i have som problems with my Deco X20 since arround 2 weeks.
I already reset my Deco and still same problems.
1. Wifi is verry inconsistant. Sometimes it works and in the next minute it is verry slow. ( DSL Speed Test 0.5 Mbit/s )
I tested also with my Laptop and my Phone. directly beside the Deco.
Now i just using just one of my Deco's. If i turn on the second one, the problems will much more frequently. I am not able to work longer then 5 minutes.
2. My laptop shows my wifi and another hidden network.
I am sure i come from the DEco, becaus if i turn off the Deco booth are gone.
If i try to connect it asks for the ssid and the password. If i type the datas i can connect and it works. Now i can see 2 networks. The seciónd has the same name just wit "-2" at the end.
I just activated the 2.4 GHz network. The 5GHz is disabled.
I have the Decos since arround 2 Month. At the beginning they worked very well i am almost without wifi.

my normal bandwidth is around 40 Mbit/s
now it drops down to 0.5 or even less. Also got 0.1.
I have a modem/router from my internet company and My main Deco is in router mode and all the connected devices go through the deco.
until now I don't have problems with the cable devices. Tv and music streaming works well.
also the dsl speedtest with cable is ok.
i did not tried to turn off the 2.4 and just use the 5 ghz only because some devices just support 2.4 ghz.
the hidden ssid is shown in windows if I activate the wifi.
at the beginning i thought maybe it's from my neighbor but I receive it also in the basement .
So I turned off my deco for testing and the hidden wifi was gone.
next Test was to try to connect.
then windows ask 2 things.
1. Ssid where I typed my normal ssid name
2. password where I typed my password
With that data's I could connect to the hidden wifi
The guest network is also turned off.
