Android TV time
I bought a new android tv running android 11. It use network provided date and time to update its date and time. For some reason in 3device deco m5 mesh network, it is unable to get the current date and time but when on customer service wifi which a tplink router most probable wifi6 model, it can get the date and time. Can someone help on how can I solve this?

@Bhooty correction
they fixed it for my public ip too
they had a ddos attack and was setting their firewall and did wrong configuration for ntp server which was causing the ntp port to be blocked
the senior engineer fixed it and is working
