All my clients are showing offline on the app. However all my devices are connected. Is there something wrong with the app?

@AndiM Are the devices set to "Use Device MAC" in their respective settings?

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

  @ImtiazAli thanks for getting back to me. I've rebooted the system and so far all is well. Just don't understand why they all went down in the first place.

Hi, It is also suggested to update the firmware to 1.6.5 on Deco M5:

 

Deco M5(EU)_V3_1.6.5 Build 20230110

Modifications and Bug Fixes:
1. Fixed the issue that failed to set up Deco on Android 13 phones.
2. Fixed the issue that the online client displays zero incorrectly.
3. Optimized the Network Optimization feature.
