Hi! I understand that the Deco 5 has two GB ethernet ports. I have 250/250 gbs fiber connection. When I test the speed in the app it shows around 250, witch I suppose are the speed from the fiber box to the M5 (router). When I connect to the fiber box it shows the same. But when I connect to the second ethernet port i only get about 100/100. I hav cat 6 cables, gb network card and 1000/1000 gb link. What can be the problem? I also only get around 100/100 on wifi....

Hi, please check whether the QoS is enabled or set up correctly in case the incorrect bandwidth has limited the speed.

 

By the way, on firmware 1.6.5, if the WAN link speed on the main Deco dropped to 100m/s, there would be a notification on the Deco APP to change the Ethernet cable. Have you ever got such a notification?
