Can only get Fair Signal from the Deco S4 satallites

For some reason I'm only getting a fair signal from my S4s connected to the main one.
I can't imagine distance is causing this issue as the Study Deco is only about 2 or 3 metres away from the living room and same with bedroom one except that's one floor up.
Any advice on how to correct this?

How about the bedroom signal strength here?
The signal here represents the Mesh Backhaul quality between this Deco and its signal source(uplink Deco), for your situation, the backhaul quality between Study Deco and the main Deco. Distance is not the only measurement of Backhaul quality. Others like walls/doors, and other wireless signals working on the same or adjacent channels would also reduce the signal strength.
So I wonder if you unplug Study Deco, stand where it was, then connect to the main Deco. How much signal strength(-dbm) you could get on the smartphone?
(You could test it via WiFi Analyzer or Fing)

I noticed the same thing with my Deco mesh. My Satellite M9 Plus reports "Fair" signal, and it is not far away from Main Deco.
I run Deco app on Android. Here is my story, with pictures.
My Satellite Deco (Bedroom) always like this:
Just two bars and "Fair" signal level.
When I bring smartphone to where Satellite Deco is, turn off Satellite and check WiFi analyzer, this is what it reports to me:
According to that same Android smartphone, Signal strength from Main Deco is excellent:

I think Deco app cutover between "Good" and "Fair" is around -50 dBm. I believe Deco app is too conservative when translating numerical value of signal level to labels such as "Good," "Fair" and "Weak."
