EAP 225v3 High Drop rate
I'm seeing high packet drops on the 225v3 on 5GHz and 2.4Ghz.
Here is an example of the 5GHz band, while my 245 are at basically 0%.

Hello @johnsnow88
Do you actually have any WiFi drop issues on the 5GHz or 2.4Ghz band of the EAP225 V3?
What's the detailed firmware version (Build number) of your EAP245 V3 whose drop rate is at 0%?

Had a similar problem, rolled back to 5.0.8 and it resolved itself. There was a similar problem with the EAP245v3 and that was corrected with a f/w update. I believe it's probably the same issue with the 225, just wan't addressed. It might be worth testing to see if 5.0.8 resolves it for you and if so, maybe it can be fixed in a f/w update.

On the EAP 245 v3 I'm running the latest 5.1.0 FW, previously been using 5.0.5 and both these firmwares have been stable.
Yes I have a ton of drop outs on the 2.4GHz on the 225v3 on my IP camera, 5GHz on the 225v3 is less noticable but my streaming stick frequently says "no internet" and when gaming it sutters resulting in frame drops but my devices do not disconnect from WiFi then a few seconds later eveything is fine. I setup a dedicated SSID for these devices to only connect to the 245v3 as a test and both devices are stable, I also tried only connectingto the 225v3 and can confirm the issue came back.
It's not enviorment or channels as both 225v3 have the same issue, the 225v3 is the closest AP to these and are in the same room.
Thats my thought as well, but I've tried 5.0.7, 5.0.8 and 5.0.9 and they all have the same issue. It seems the 225v3 is not as reliable as the 245v3.

Here are a couple graphs for comparison (5Ghz only)...for me, this is far less dropped/errors than the current f/w. Included the 670 as well, it has many more clients and more activity. Retry count on it is also much higher...but all of them are working well. Maybe a bad client on the 225...?
EAP225 (fw: 5.0.8)
EAP245 (fw: 5.1.0)
EAP670 (fw: latest beta)

I see the exact behavior as GPB described. I have a 245v3 and 225v3. When I upgraded the 225v3 to 5.0.9, I started having the issues with iot devices, e.g. my ecobee thermostat connected to the 225v3 would sometimes complain that could not get outdoor temperature updates from the internet, but the same exact model of ecobee thermostat connected to the 245v3 was fine. Switching the 225 with the 245 would make the issue follow the 225v3. I downgraded 225v3 to 5.0.8 and everything became stable again.
Same thing happened when I upgraded the 225v3 5.1.0 was released, ended up rolling back to 5.0.8. The 245v3 runs fine (issue was there on the 5.0.9) on 5.1.0.
It seems the issue is the same that was fixed on the 5.1.0 for the 245v3, unfortunately it doesn't seem like omada will be fixing it for 225v3 which makes having to check the red dot every time I log into the controller to make sure it is just the notification of the new firmware being available and not something else.
