Hello, failed an update on my AC750 RE200 firmware, has since refused to connect to an internet or show up as a network in settings even if power LED is solid on. Plugging by ethernet, it showed up as an unidentified network with no internet and didn't connect to the configurators web page. Tried pressing/ holding the reset button but it does not reset the device. Power LED is solid on and all others are off. Any help please?

Thanks for the feedback.

Did you use to update the firmware via Tether APP or web management page?

Since the range extender does not support TFTP firmware recovery, It is suggested to check with the local support team whether it is still under warranty.

@David-TP Hello, thank you for your response.

I updated firmware via the Tether app.

It seems its still under warranty, i will look into it. Thank you for bringing the warranty policy to my notice.
