Vi band 41 is not see
Hi, please confirm the frequency range of the VI band 41, you could insert the same SIM card into your smartphone at same location, if the smartphone works on band 41, please check which specific frequency it is using.

For your reference, the frequency range of Band 41 supported by MR600(EU) V3 is 2555-2655MHz, instead of the full range 2496-2690MHz, so if VI Band 41 uses frequency range 2496-2555MHz, the MR600(EU) V3 will not be able to see it.
