Hi Experts,

 

Need your help to fingure out this issue. Since from few days intermittently WAN led showing red light and internet is getting stopped. After few minutes its again gettinf back to standard white light. Attaching image for reference.

Hi,

 

Check and make sure the internet from your Internet provider is stable by wiring a computer directly to the ISP-provided modem.

 

Then go through the troubleshooting suggestions in the following thread to see if it can be fixed:

Hi  @Liverpool20,

 

Now the red light issue gone automatically but still disconnection is happening and Internet doesn't start working unless I reboot the router. 

 

I cross checked by directly connecting my laptop to the modem they have given and Internet was up and running. So the issue is somewhere in my router :(
